Gothenburg

Strategically located at the entrance of Göta Älv is the port of Gothenburg, Scandinavia’s leading oil port. The activities in the oil harbour commenced in the early 1930s and today the port is an important hub for both crude oil and refined products. In close proximity to the oil harbour's area there are three refineries; all of which are connected to the port's oil pipelines that open up good opportunities for local trading.
